What makes Boomerz Talent Bank different?

It has been clear to us for some time, that traditional job banks don't work very well for most baby boomers. 

  • First, some companies need a few more "grown-ups" as one attorney for a growing, cutting edge local company told me a few days ago, and would like to specifically recruit baby boomers.  But, in traditional job banks, companies can't identify which resumes belong to boomers and therefore can't target them as prospective employees.
