Community Partnerships

Boomerz has had a successful 3-year track record as a magnet for baby boomers in the community.  We have already served more than 7,000 baby boomers with programs and services, from Job Fairs to Get Involved Expos, from Passion and Purpose seminars to a prominent speakers’ series.  But there is much more to do. 

There are more than half a million boomers in the area, and, we house the largest population of former Directors and Presidents of companies in the country, many of whom would love to be involved in ways that utilize their background, experience and interests. 

By becoming a Community Partner, your participation in Boomerz can help us deepen our reach into this community, further our outreach to organizations that need this cadre of entrepreneurial and innovative citizens and give us the opportunity to launch programs that might otherwise languish.

Benefits and Levels of Community Partnership

Partnership levels and fees are based on the benefits desired, on your status as a profit or non-profit organization, and finally on the number of your employees.  In addition to the many benefits listed below, Community partners will also be given priority consideration when Boomerz selects panel members for our programs. We hope you will become a Boomerz Partner and experience the great feeling you and your organization will receive knowing you are being a significant change agent for positive change in your community.

Silver Level

• Listed as a Community Partner and the category of your support on membership publications and the main Community Partner web page.

• Admission for 4 employees - or clients - at membership prices (or free) to all public Boomerz events and Behind the Scenes events.

• Free access to the Boomerz Job Bank/Newsletter to post jobs.

• Free table-top ($150 per table top for non-members) at two Boomerz evening events per year (Passion & Purpose, Bootcamp, Aging Parents, Orientations, Mixers, or Vital Issues)

Gold Level -  all the above benefits plus:

• Your Logo (with live link) on Boomerz web home page

• Admission for 10 employees - or clients - at membership prices (or free to all public Boomerz events and Behind the Scenes events

• Free access to the Boomerz Job Bank/Newsletter to post jobs; 4 free job searches a year

• Free table-top ($150 per table top for non members) at four Boomerz evening public events per year (Passion & Purpose, Bootcamp, Aging Parents, Orientations, Mixers, or Vital Issues)

• One short (250 words) article per year in the newsletter introducing your organization and/or services.

Platinum Level - all the above benefits plus:

• Inclusion in all Arizona Republic program ads

• Inclusion in all news releases to the Media

• Invitations to private meetings with VIP’s/introductions at events

• Free access to the Boomerz Job Bank/Newsletter - to post jobs and search for candidates

• Admission for 25 employees - or clients - at membership prices (or free) to all Boomerz public events and Behind the Scenes events

• Free table tops ($150 per table top for non-members) at eight Boomerz evening public events per year (see above for topics)

• Four short (250 words) articles per year in our newsletter introducing the organization and/or new products or services
