Retirement Planning The Scottsdale Boomerz Retirement Planning Program helps employees who are nearing retirement answer the question “what’s next?” by providing them with the information that will enable them to clarify their vision and develop a practical plan for reaching it. The program utilizes workshops and coaching to help participants:
Cost: $295 per person includes assessment, four half-day workshops, one coaching appointment, four peer-mentoring sessions, and all materials.

business and professional women discover and realize their dreams. She
brings a background of over 16 years in management and leadership
development experience to her coaching, and received her coach training and
certification from the premier Coach Training Institute (CTI). Catherine’s
client list includes executives from Fortune 500 companies living across the
country, women re-entering the workforce, published authors, entrepreneurs
and small business owners. Her workshops have been presented nationally and
include topics from leadership to work/life balance. She is co-founder,
past president and board member of the Phoenix Chapter of the International
Coaching Federation.
Director on the Minority Business Enterprise Input Committee for the
Grand Canyon Minority Supplier Development Council and was recently
awarded the Class I MBE Supplier of the Year. She teaches Career
Management, Organizational Leadership and Change Management, Systems
Thinking, Organizational Behavior and Conflict Management for the
graduate divisions of the University of Phoenix and Ottawa University
and has made TV appearances on the Fox 10 Morning News show with
