Overview

Scottsdale Boomerz Outplacement Program helps your departing employees find new career opportunities quickly and efficiently by providing hands-on workshops, individual coaching from some of the best career coaches in the country, and weekly strategic support groups to keep the job seeker accountable and on target.

Program Structure:  Scottsdale Boomerz’ four 2-hour workshops kick start your former employees’ job search campaign by facilitating the planning, development, and implementation of an effective job search strategy. This program, combined with 3 hours of individual coaching sessions and four 2-hour strategy team meetings, ensures that the specific needs of the participants are met so a quick and smooth transition to a new career opportunity can take place. At the conclusion of the program, participants may post their resumes on the Scottsdale Boomerz Career page, and notice of their availability will be made to all corporate members.

Consultation before Lay-offs:  In addition, the program includes a one-hour session for your company with our outplacement coach prior to layoff to discuss internal and external communications and logistics.

Coaches and Deliverables:  Outplacement workshops are led by qualified, experienced outplacement coaches. Deliverables include a workbook, additional handouts and a completed resume.
