Career Coaches ($95 an hour)
Brad Taft
has extensive experience in supporting individuals in career transition and
specializes in assisting mature workers in achieving continued career success
with a strategic planning approach. He is co-author of Boom or Bust!: New
Career Strategies in a New America (Cambridge Media, LLC, 2006), a Career
Management Guide for Baby Boomers and older workers. He is President of Taft
Resource Group in Scottsdale and provides outplacement and career management
consulting services to people interested in continuing their successful
careers. His early career was in executive recruiting with firms including Korn/Ferry
International. Brad then moved to the outplacement industry, where in addition
to founding two of his own companies he held senior level consulting, management
and marketing positions with three national firms. He received a B.A. in
communications and a M.B.A. from the University of Southern California. He holds
the Career Management Fellow certification, the highest designation for career
management consultants, and is licensed by the Industrial Commission of Arizona
to provide career consulting services to individuals. An accomplished public
speaker and writer on career and organizational issues, he has written numerous
articles and has been quoted in various publications including the Wall
Street Journal, Money, Los Angeles Times and the Employment Law
Letter.
George Fleming has built his career transition coaching practice
on a simple concept: "Manage your job search like any other project: define
your objective, create to tools to used, identify the strategies to be reach
it, and execute your plan with an eye on focus, productivity, and results."
His list of coaching clients includes business leaders from companies of all
sizes and all industries and from all parts of the country. A recent client

Catherine
Ross, CPCC. Whether it’s life planning, work-life balance,
career transition, building a small business or leadership development,
Catherine Ross helps business and professional women discover and realize their
dreams. She brings a background of over 16 years in management and leadership
development experience to her coaching, and received her coach training and
certification from the premier Coach Training Institute (CTI). Catherine’s
client list includes executives from Fortune 500 companies living across the
country, women re-entering the workforce, published authors, entrepreneurs and
small business owners. Her workshops have been presented nationally and include
topics from leadership to work/life balance. She is co-founder, past president
and board member of the Phoenix Chapter of the International Coaching
Federation.
Loretta Love Huff is the President and
Principal Consultant of Emerald Harvest Consulting, LLC, your Performance
Improvement Partner™. She is a seasoned corporate executive with over 30
years of experience in human resources, information systems, commercial lending,
and market research management. She
has coached leaders and teams within Hewlett-Packard, APS, Visa, Sprint,
Allstate, Wells Fargo Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Arizona State University,
the State of Arizona and the Mayo Clinic.
Loretta is a
Director on the Minority Business Enterprise Input Committee for the Grand
Canyon Minority Supplier Development Council and was recently awarded the
Class I MBE Supplier of the Year. She teaches Career Management, Organizational
Leadership and Change Management, Systems Thinking, Organizational Behavior and
Conflict Management for the graduate divisions of the University of Phoenix and
Ottawa University and has made TV appearances on the Fox10 Morning News
show with Rick D’Amico in Phoenix. Loretta is a member of the National
Speakers Association and a certified member of the International Coach
Federation. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Howard University and an M.B.A
in Finance from the University of Chicago.
